The Sacred Art of Receiving with Archangel Jophiel

There is a beautiful and powerful shift that happens when we learn to truly receive—from a space of open-hearted gratitude, free of expectation.

This was a lesson I didn’t realize I needed until I began to observe my own patterns.

I had always thought I was open to receiving. But in truth, I was quietly keeping an internal “IOU” list—feeling as though I owed something in return for every gift, compliment, or kind gesture. I didn’t want to feel indebted to anyone. Without knowing it, I was in a competitive mindset, not a collaborative one.

What was really happening beneath the surface?
I was struggling with self-worth.

I didn’t feel worthy of receiving unless I gave something back. Even spiritual gifts felt like something I needed to "repay" in some way.

But giving and receiving aren’t meant to be transactional.
They are meant to be in balance. They are sacred counterparts of the same energetic flow.

Receiving is Spiritual, Too

Receiving doesn’t just apply to physical gifts or acts of service. It also includes the divine guidance and spiritual messages our Angel Teams are always offering us.

Your team is constantly reaching out—through signs, nudges, dreams, synchronicities. But to receive them clearly, you must be open. And once the message comes? It’s time for inspired action.

Even if it doesn’t make sense in the moment, trust that your team is guiding you in alignment with your highest good.

 A Personal Shift in Perspective

Not long ago, I attended an event where I was scheduled to offer angel readings and promote my work. I expected it to be a busy day of giving.

But the turnout was low. At first, I felt frustrated.

Then I realized—I was there to receive. The gift came in the form of connection. With more space and quiet, I had time to meet other practitioners, learn about their work, and build new relationships that could benefit both my clients and theirs.

That’s what happens when we open our hearts to receive.
New doors open. Unexpected support appears. And divine collaboration begins.

Archangel Jophiel’s Message for Us All

The Archangel who stepped forward this month is Archangel Jophiel—a gentle guide who reminds us to bring beauty, grace, and balance into our lives.
