When I first began working closely with my Angels and Divine Team, I found it hard to release control and simply TRUST. Even now, when I worry about something at work or feel powerless to help someone I love from a distance, I pause, take time for myself, and ground my energy.
Lately, I have been making a daily effort to step into my backyard and walk barefoot in the grass. This practice quiets my mind, grounds me to Mother Earth, and deepens my connection with my Divine Team. In those moments of simply being present, my worries, doubts, and racing thoughts begin to melt away. The only moment we can truly control is the one we are in right NOW. We cannot change the past, and we cannot control what tomorrow or next week will bring. So why spend our energy on what is beyond our reach? Let it go and allow your Divine Team to carry the weight for you. All you need to do is ASK.
Another way I build trust with my Divine Team and the Archangels is by receiving downloaded messages for others. I share this practice in my Authentic Self workshop and used it for this month’s card pull, when I was guided to work with Archangel Uriel. I took time to sit quietly, play relaxing music, and stay open to whatever came through. If you asked me now whether I could remember the message Archangel Uriel gave me, I would say no. It was a direct message meant to flow through me for you. I simply had to stay open and trust. You can do the same!

Trust in Divine Knowing
My children, open yourself up to us the Divine and trust without needing validation, explanation or clarity.
We, the Divine, want to help each of you strengthen your trust in us. Release negative self-talk, negative thoughts, negative feelings, and overwhelm, and return to the present moment. Trust the messages and the signs that we bring to you. Be open-minded to all the positive signs, symbols, and feelings that you will receive because this is your connection to us, the Divine.
We are here to help and guide you in anything in life that you have going on in this moment. Let go of the control that you feel you need, which lessens the connection with us. Let go and hand your worries over to us. The only thing we ask of YOU is to be vulnerable and to ASK for help.
We are always by your side. We are supporting, guiding, directing, helping you make those steps towards the life and choices that you need clarification on. Just be open to trust and open your arms to infinite possibilities we have to offer.
And so it is, Archangel Uriel.
